Sound Bath (SOLD OUT)

  • COMMUNE 901 Bourke Street Waterloo, NSW, 2017 Australia (map)

Field of Sound is a multi-sensory experience. It is a meditation that is guided by sound, rather than words.

You will lie on a mat wrapped in a blanket and “bathe” in waves of vibrations. In this state, the mind is open and uninhibited; the body can rest and heal.

You can have a deeply relaxed and uplifting experience, even if you've never practiced meditation before.

Space is very limited to ensure that everyone receives one to one soundwork during the sound bath.

What you can expect:
- A simple warm-up practice to facilitate arrival in the space
- You will lie down comfortably with blankets and eye pillow
- Sound vibrations and frequencies will be introduced in succession, using a curated set of instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and more
- Vibrations are applied on acupressure points or near the body.
- You will experience grounding and ethereal waves of sound.

This sound bath supports you with:
- Body/mind balance
- A calm mind
- Stress release
- Better night’s sleep
- Exploring your creative potential
- Heightened awareness and clarity

What to bring:
- Just yourself, and come comfortably dressed!
