About the Teachers:

Kate Levins is a clinical nutritionist, cook, caterer, writer, and plant-based food educator. As founder of Nourishing Club, Kate has established herself as a nutritionist renowned for providing practical advice, that will help you navigate through the minefield of conflicting information within the health space. Whether you meet Kate in clinic during consultation, at a workshop, or cooking class, you’ll learn that healthy eating can be simple, and that incorporating more plant foods on your plate at meal times is both delicious and so very good for you.


Helen Fraser is a true wellness warrior. As general manager of Power Living Australia, a Mum, personal trainer, yogi and natural health solutions provider, she has years of experience, and is has many wellness tools under her belt. Helen is driven by educating people on how to leverage one of earth's gifts– essential oils, to reduce toxic and chemical load within the home, the body and the mind.
