FORREST YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Forrest Yoga is a slow, steady, and powerful practice lead by the breath and catered for each individuals' body and needs. It is designed for the modern-day body... one that sits way too often, is extremely stressed out, and suffers from chronic physical tension. The Forrest style was designed to especially with those who have undergone trauma, abuse, addiction, and injury in mind. It does not require strength or flexibility. All that's required is a willingness to learn how to feel, authentically.

Jaye Mallinick has had the privilege of growing up under the wing of her Forrest Yoga teaching mother, Beth Borowsky. From age 17 she began to explore the world, mainly residing in Mexico, and as she navigated foreign lands yoga became her safe haven. As the practice has brought her a sense of belonging in times of solitude, she's passionate to share it with others.
