You need not be a master gymnast, circus acrobat, or seasoned yogi to enjoy Acro Yoga. Can’t do a handstand, or even touch your toes? That's okay! In this workshop you will learn all the tips and tricks as well as the necessary building blocks to take your skills to the sky.
Acro Yoga combines yoga and acrobatics to create a unique style of yoga. Acro uses gravity, balance points and the help of a partner to suspend you high in the air. It is a safe and fun practice where you will be guided through each step of a pose and taught how to support your partner.
Certified Acroyoga Teacher Vicky Chapman will be guiding you through the workshop. Vicky has more than 6 years of Acro Yoga teaching experience having taught around numerous venues in Sydney and loves sharing the practice that allows her to be playful and bring people together.
